abstract:The Symphony of Fire is an annual multi-day fireworks exhibition and friendly international competition held around the world, most notably in Vancouver, British Columbia, and Toronto, Ontario, Canada. The fireworks are choreographed to music, and are presented at English Bay in Vancouver, at the Lake Ontario waterfront of the Ontario Place theme park in Toronto, and in Victoria & Alfred waterfront in Cape Town.
Last year he was seen in the London 2012 opening ceremony, delighting millions in a skit that saw his Mr Bean alter-ego "perform" the Chariots ofFire theme with The London Symphony Orchestra.
Sir Simon appeared at the London 2012 Olympic opening ceremony when he and the London Symphony Orchestra were upstaged by Mr Bean while playing Chariots ofFire.
