OBJECTIVE:To study the characteristics and the general pattern of the ADR induced by ibuprofen sustained release capsule.
目的：探讨布洛芬缓释胶囊致不良反应的特点及一般规律。
METHODS: Ondansetron hydrochloride sustained release capsule was prepared and its release rate was determined, and its releasing mechanism and the influence factors were studied.
目的：制备盐酸恩丹西酮缓释胶囊并建立其质量控制方法。
CONCLUSION: the capsule has obviously sustained-release property, and the preparation technique is simple and worth to be widely used.
结论：该制剂具有明显的缓释作用，制备工艺简单，值得推广。
