President Fernandez of Dominican Republic joined many leaders of global development agencies including the World Bank to drive sustainedeconomicdevelopment.
On the positive side, sustainedeconomicdevelopment would create new and potentially large gains from trade, as well as much-needed co-operation in science and culture.
