abstract:Enormous, highly pure, single crystal substances can be grown from a solution at the [[metastable boundary between an unsaturated and supersaturated solution(Homogenous mixture). Here, a monopotassium phosphate crystal grown to create frequency doubling optics for the NIF laser.
