The benefit of, and the rights of the Licensee under, this Agreement may be assigned, sub-licensed, transferred or otherwise disposed of without the prior written consent of Licensor by licensee.
被许可方未经许可方事先书面同意，仍可以转让，再许可，让与或以其他方式处理在其在本合同项下的权益和权利。
The licensee as referred to in the preceding Paragraph shall not sub-license the licensed trade secret without the consent of the trade secret owner.
前项被授权人非经营业秘密所有人同意，不得将其被授权使用之营业秘密再授权第三人使用。
