Based on statistical methods proposed dynamic Bayesian network model of highlights detection,and the corresponding events of learning and reasoning. The experimental results show that the method can effectively extract soccer video highlights. Has a high recall rate and precision rate,strong robustness,it is a promising video semantic event detection method.
