  方法:采用聚合酶链式反应-限制性片段长度多态性(PCR-RFLP)方法,检测缺血性脑卒中患者557例及正常对照组412例MMP-3启动子SNP-1171(5A/6A)基因型,进行基因型、等位基因频率分析,应用统计学软件分析基因多态性与缺血性脑卒中的相关关系。
