Objective To probe nursing of renal transplantation. Methods Acute tubular necrosis (ATN) is a common and Severe complication of renal transplantation. Nursing experience of 26 patients with complicated ATN after corpus renal homograft was summarized. Results The ill situation of all cases were controlol, no one case failed. Conclusions We concluded that delicate mental care, strict observation, and proper and timely treatment are the key methods to treat this kind of ATN.
