"We detected between six to seven entry points through which dogs or other strayanimals were able to intrude on the circuit, " Askari Zaidi told the BBC.
The rescue centre, which is run by Ms Hartley and twin sister Jane Wright, takes in strayanimals, including horses, goats, sheep and llamas and is currently looking after 15 dogs.
