abstract:Storm tracks are the relatively narrow zones in the Atlantic and Pacific along which most Atlantic or Pacific extratropical cyclones or tropical cyclones travel.
And there is a modern El Nino going on, supposedly, out in the Pacific, and that can have a very large influence in the weather patterns, the stormtracks, the atmospheric waves across North America.
Often such places are abandoned or off-limits, and gaining entrance can mean running across subway tracks, crawling down storm drains or climbing up bridges, illegally.
