Slowly whisk mixture into the milk. Return pan to heat and bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Boil and stir 5 minutes.

Set the pan on the stovetop and heat on low. Stir frequently until the wax is melts.

Blend the mixture in a blender until smooth. Pour back into the pan and add the honey, lime juice, and glycerin, then stir and simmer for 2 minutes.
