When airflow temperature getting to the one prearranged, start centrifugal atomizing machine, then start the pump, first spay water, and then fluid material instead immediately when getting to the prearranged temperature. The flow rate of fluid material can be adjusted by DC motor adjustor of pump which is fitted on the electric control board. Flow rate must be adjusted from high to low carefully, or material will cling to the wall. Finally, exhaust temperature must be accord with the requirement.
