He and the board members assembled a lay staff with a broad skill set, he said, including businessmen, educators and public relations experts who could share ideas about everything from fund-raising strategies to curriculum standards.
"Public Health Wales has undertaken a needs assessment to inform the development of services and to identify any gaps in the current skill mix of staff, " added the spokesman.
