通过溶剂法及各种色谱方法(大孔吸附树脂柱色谱、硅胶柱色谱、制备TLC等),从刺五加茎醇提物中具抗血小板聚集作用的活性部位分离得到11个化合物,通过波谱分析、理化常数测定并结合文献,鉴定了其中的8个化合物,分别为香草酸(vanillic acid)、丁香酸(syringic acid)、酪醇(tyrosol)、异香草醛(isovanillin)、异秦皮啶(isofraxidin)、丁香苷(syringin)、阿魏酸苷(feruloyl sucrose)、1-亚硝基-2-羟基-3-(2,3,4,5-四羟基戊基)-5,6-二甲基吲哚(1-nitroso-2-hydroxy-3-2,3,4,5-tetrahydroxypentyl-5,6-dimethylindole)。
