The Android device shares many of the same specifications as the larger A500, including a Tegra 2 processor from NVIDIA and the tablet-optimized 3.0 (Honeycomb) version of Android.
But the comparisons to Apple became more pronounced as the Droid Razr specifications were called out, with Motorola executives noting how their new devices are thinner, faster, with a larger screen and longer battery life than the iPhone 4S, which was released in Oct. 2011.
