The artist has previously designed Jersey Post Christmas carols stamps in 2007, children's books stamps in 2010 and some Jersey Trees for Life stamps last year.
Their main specific proposal is to revise the way the government calculates cost of living adjustments, which would cut the value of transfers like Social Security and Food Stamps and would push some taxpayers into higher brackets.
