The thesis starts from a "reuse" aspect. After investigating various use modes of historic buildings in practice, I find out the concept "society use", hoping to obtain academic thoughts so as to better support the corresponding reuse practice.
本文正是从“再利用”的角度出发，在考察了实践中形形色色的古建筑利用方式后，笔者总结出“社会利用”这一概念，以期整理出具有理论性的认识，以便更好地为相宜的再利用实践提供支持。
