OBJECTIVE:To extract and determine content polysaccharides of Snakegourd root.
目的：从天花粉中提取多糖，并测定其含量。
Methods: Polysaccharides of Snakegourd root were obtained by hot water extraction and ethanol precipitation and its contents were determined with Phenol vitriol colorimetry.
方法：用水提醇沉法提取天花粉多糖，用酚-硫酸比色法测定多糖含量。
METHODS:Using microwave technique, polysaccharides of Snakegourd root were obtained by hotwater extraction and ethanol precipitation, and content was determinated with phenol-vitriolic colorimetry.
