The complaints that federal OSHA handled alleged housekeepers in six Hyatt hotels were exposed to hazards of slips, tripsandfallsand musculoskeletal injuries, among other possible violations.
Slips, fallsandtrips killed 666 deaths in 2011, or about 14% of all workplace injuries, and a total of 472 workers were fatally injured after being struck by equipment or objects on the job.
