SionBebb failed in his bid to qualify from the Sunningdale field after his overall three-under par score meant the Welshman was tied 21st in international final qualifying.
His place in the Johnnie Walker Championship has been taken by Welshman SionBebb, who will play with Colin Montgomerie and last year's Volvo PGA champion Scott Drummond.
