abstract:Sinus tubercle is the proliferation of endoderm induced by the paramesonephric ducts. The uterovaginal primoridium, which is a fusion of the caudal ends of paramesonephric ducts contacts the dorsal wall of the urogenital sinus and, induces the formation of the sinus tubercle.
