In this chapter, the author proposes the concrete suggestions on the adaptation of existing arbitration system, which includes the adaptation of “arbitration or judgment”, the formation of arbitration tribunal, the hearing and award of environmental arbitration, the adaptation of “single ruling system” and the supervision of environmental arbitration.
