Leaders, however, create a better work place. They not only inspire the workers with new ideas and leadership qualities, but they do not need to spend time on the issue of management. If workers believe in what they are doing and they are mentored, shown examples, and appreciated then they will manage themselves. They will work in their own way which would be efficient. More importantly they will not resist the structure and flow of the office. Workers together will work better as a group and choose a manager among them. The head of the office can then focus on leading and inspiring the workers so they do better work.
