Earlier I was on a low end server which was great value for money, then i realized it was not suitable anymore for my sites and the increasing traffic/load so i decided to switch/move to another better server and Chris quickly took care of it, switched HDD's,setup raid, installed server and everything was restored very quickly with the minimum downtime possible.
