The research is to design and explore the power reconstruction for the broken anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) and posterior cruciate ligament (PCL) of the patients with half or complete dislocation of the knee joint caused by the break of ACL and PCL. The pivotal technology of the power reconstruction is to design the power reconstruction for the ACL by using the semitendinosus muscle of the postero-medial aspect of the thigh and using the peroneus longus muscle for the PCL, according to the anatomical characteristics of the mass muscles around the knee joint without reducing the muscles' effect on the functions of limb.
本研究针对膝关节前、后交叉韧带断裂，膝关节半、全脱位的病人，自行设计、开创研究膝关节前、后交叉韧带断裂动力重建，其技术关键主要根据膝关节上、下肌群解剖学特点，在不影响肌肉对肢体功能的前提下，设计出用大腿后内侧的半腱肌动力重建前交叉韧带和用小腿外侧的腓骨长肌动力重建后交叉韧带。
