This paper has designed and developed robot’s displacement micro-feeding system, electrodes feedin system and selfadaption underprop system using new rectilinear electromagnetism mechanism. And PWM control system of the electromagnetism mechanism has been developed.
本文采用新型的直线电磁机构设计、开发了机器人位移微进给系统、电极送进系统以及自适应支撑轮制动系统等,并基于微控制器进行了电磁机构的PWM控制系统的开发,实现机器人井下位移微调、电极微进给,并配合大功率电火花脉冲电源完成井下解堵作业。
