Once I saw a “Buy One Get One Free” deal on a 4-pound bag of chicken wings in the flier. However, I could not find this sale item on the grocery shelf. After checking with a sales lady in the store, I was told that the store had run out of it since it was a hot buy. I was very disappointed. Then that sales lady told me to get a rain check from the customer service counter. Seeing me puzzled, the lady explained to me that the rain check would allow me to buy the item later but at the present sale price.
