abstract:Scampton is a village and civil parish in the West Lindsey district of Lincolnshire, England. It is situated north from Lincoln, south-east from Gainsborough, and west from the A15 road.
Flt Lt Sean Cunningham, from Coventry, died after the parachute failed to open when he was ejected while on the ground at RAF Scampton in November 2011.
