Rune of Razorice: Now stacks 5 stacks of 2% Frost Vulnerability instead of 10 stacks of 1% Frost Vulnerability. Proc chance changed to 100%.
冰剃符文：冰剃符文现在提供5层每层2%的冰霜易伤效果，之前是10层每层1%，触发几率为100%。
This cooldown is reduced to 2 seconds if the move the rune is used for misses, or is dodged or parried.
如果符文使用结果是未击中、被目标闪躲或是招架，冷却时间则会减少到2秒钟。
