He moved behind me and turned so our hands were touching, “I'll untie your hands, then you untie mine.” He started to pull at my ropes, I glanced over at the boy in the corner. He had stopped rocking back and forth, but he was still muttering words. The girl was still staring into space, I felt a sharp tug at my wrist. “Ow!” I complained. The boy ignored me and carried on pulling, the ropes slid loose and I pulled my hands free, rubbing my wrists. “Oh, thank God.” I mumbled.
