abstract:Rotex is an international organization open only to Rotary "rebounds", or former Rotary International Youth Exchange students. While Rotex is only a relatively new concept, Rotex clubs are appearing rapidly around the globe and there are now Rotex clubs in most of the countries that participate in Rotary Youth Exchange.
