Bush laid out an agenda for his second term on Wednesday after declaring victory in a speech to jubilant, flag-waving supporters at the RonaldReaganBuilding, three blocks from the White House.
He cited RonaldReagan on Monday as he rallied building trade union members, trying to draw a distinction between the conservative icon and the Republican Party that the president is running against now.
