Businesses decide how many rewards to offer at their locations, how many points customers will need to earn to unlock a reward and whether or not that reward can be redeemed again.

Quests are shown when talking to them, and you can see description of the quest as well as the reward (which is sometimes a choice of up to 6 rewards).
