Objective To understand the clinical manifestations, diagnostic methods, surgical management and prognosis of retrosternal goiter in various pathological types.
目的总结胸骨后各种病理类型甲状腺肿的临床表现、诊断要点、手术方法和预后。
Results:17(34%)of 50 cases of mediastinal tumors showed returned pleural line. 39(78%) of them were thymoma, teratoma, retrosternal thyroid, and neurogenic tumor.
结果：5 0例纵隔肿瘤其中17例（ 34% ）有胸膜返折线。胸腺瘤，畸胎瘤，胸骨后甲状腺及神经源性肿瘤占大多数39例（ 78% ）。
