Serbia has made progress in trade liberalization and enterprise restructuringandprivatization, but many large enterprises - including the power utilities, telecommunications company, natural gas company, national air carrier, and others - remain in state hands.
The Indonesian government has begun to tackle such important issues as privatization of state enterprises, establishment of a social safety net, the restructuring of the corporate and banking sectors, and bankruptcy reform.
