At last,it also wants to provide the scientific basis for improving the psychological health of medical staff and puts forward reasonable proposals. Methods This reseach used Basic Personal Information Questionnaire, Psychosocial Stress Survey for Group(PSSG) and Symptom Checklist 90(SCL-90) to survey psychological health of medical staff,we collected a total of 498 effective samples and used SPSS statistical software for analysis of descriptive data,t tests,correlation analysis and Logistic regression analysis after related data processing.
方法:本研究应用个人基本信息调查表、团体用心理社会应激调查表与症状自评量表对医务工作者进行心理健康调查,共收集有效样本498份,相关数据处理后,运用SPSS12.0统计软件对数据进行描述性分析、t检验、相关分析以及二分类logistic回归分析等。
