Article 1 The present Measures are formulated in accordance with the "Certification and Accreditation Regulation of the People's Republic of China" and the "Regulation on the Administration of Forage and Forage Additives" in order to improve the quality, safety and sanitation of forage products, regulate forage product certification, promote the development of forage industry and breeding industry, maintain human health, and protect animal life safety.
