New rules in the city of Beijing set to go into effect on Friday would require users to register their real names with microblogging service operators, though they could still write in public under pseudonyms.
The company's Kansas City effort is getting a full launch and now includes Google Fiber TV -- a "real" TV service with recognizable channels and its own, fully searchable interface that mixes DVR results with Netflix and YouTube.
