Another influence on the level is the ''Club Players Knowledge''. This is how well a staff member knows the players at the club. It is based on the time the staff member has been at the club and their own ability. So a staff member with good ''Recruitment Knowledge'' but ''Poor Club Players Knowledge'' will move down a level of advice as they don''t know the club players well enough to offer the best advice. They might offer you two, rather than three, as they aren''t sure who will be better than your own clubs player, as they don''t know the player well enough!
