The guys that aren't playing are pushing me everyday, not by coming into the office and seeing me and complaining, but by working hard and doing it on the training pitch.
In the meantime, our Ambassador, General Eikenberry, is working everyday, pushing the Afghan government to step up its efforts to tackle corruption, and devise a plan of reintegration for the portion of the Taliban that is ready to lay down its arms and join the government.
