- 出版权：出版权是指在原著作权到期后，首次出版未曾发表的作品的出版商所获得的一种版权。它在几乎所有方面与标准版权相同，但不包括道德权利。出版权主要存在于欧洲国家的法律中，在美国版权法中没有直接对应。在欧盟内，并非所有国家最初都有这样的权利，而且提供的条款也各不相同，但在1993年，欧盟指令93/98/EEC要求各国法律进行协调，提供从首次出版开始的25年保护期。
