Through identifying the focus in nursing management,setting up a regulative system of human resources,practicing affective management,strengthening service consciousness and dealing with double key points of nursing work,the limited nursing human resources in emergency department were arranged and utilized reasonably,which embodied the characteristics and connotations of emergency nursing and improved the quality of emergency nursing.
