  Aiming at the requirements of posseman weaponry management, the thesis will move on to establish the requirements and the whole structure of both hardware and software of the Posseman Weaponry MIS. The three phases, system analysis, system design, and system realization, will then be described in detail.

  本文以民兵武器装备管理信息系统的建设为背景,首先分析了本课题研究的意义和研究思路;从民兵武器装备管理的需求出发,确定了民兵武器装备管理信息系统的功能需求及其硬件和软件平台;详细叙述了系统分析、系统设计和系统实现三个阶段,并以当今世界上最强大的Oracle9i数据库为平台,采用B/S模式的体系结构,以JSP技术实现对数据库的访问,构建了具有民兵特色的武器装备管理信息系统。
