The mainly concern of this study is to explore labor factor of“population dividend”effects in economic angle. Through regression,we learn that the distribution of labor factor to economic growth is 70%. From perspectives of human capital,efficiency of labor allocation and rate of labor attendance,the article expounds the important function of labor factor in exerting“population dividend”effects,which is based on macro data, by logarithm-difference model.
