Due to the speedlimit of USB connection, theresolution (352x288) andcolour bit depth that can be captured is low. Hence, the final quality is muchpoorthan the origanl.
Yet still people and small businesses that purchase software nowadays run into bugs, down services, connection errors, poorquality and other productivity killers.
We were, however, pretty disappointed the system's lack broadband connection detection, as the video clips offered were extremely small, extremely poorquality, and rather short (read: wonderful for dialup users only).
