河豚汤引(Yukibi)，川烫后冷冻过的河豚皮、胶质以及肉丝，加上葱末和蒜末以及一点日式柚子酱(Ponzu)，老实说我觉得没什么味道，大部分的味道来自于柚子酱，河豚只是提供口感而已，没有特别喜欢。
