So says George Kyriakou, 25, a Greece native and graduate student at the Polytechnic Institute at NYU. Kyriakou and his roommates, fellow NYU-Poly students Nicolas Vansnick of Belgium and Kaif Memon of India, joined the NYU Entrepreneurs Challenge with a technological idea to improve education.
