This half-build system achieved the world's best LINPACK(2) benchmark performance of 8.162 petaflops (quadrillion floating-point operationspersecond), to place it at the head of the TOP500 list.
The result: a virtual supercomputer capable of crunching 6 trillion floating pointoperationspersecond, or 6 teraflops, equivalent to one of the ten most powerful computers in the world.
