Conclusion:TD plus LVA for spontaneous pneumothorax is an effective method with smaller trauma，smaller chances of infestation，febricity，pneumoderma，thoracalgia and pleural fluid，which makes it less patient's complaint and easieradoption to get a satisfactory curative effect .
结论：A组治疗自发性气胸创伤小，感染、发热、皮下气肿、胸痛、胸水机会少，患者病痛小，易接受，疗效满意。
