OBJECTIVE: To extract the polysaccharide from Phyllanthus emblica l. and analyse its effect of cleaning oxygen radical.
目的：从油柑中提取油柑多糖，并分析其清除氧自由基作用。
Conclusions: the spectrophotometry is simple, fast, accurate, quickly and can be used as a method to determine total flavonoids in the extracts from Leaves of Phyllanthus emblica l.
结论：紫外可见分光光度法简单、快捷、准确、灵敏，可作为测定余甘子叶提取物中总黄酮含量的方法。
